Hi, I’m Marie.
I'm a Mind-Body Eating Coach and Behavior Change Specialist trained in neuroscience and biology.
I work with individuals who are exhausted from trying to change their eating habits and always ending up in the same place. Who know exactly what they should be doing and can't figure out why they keep not doing it.
The answer is often not more willpower.
Your brain and nervous system are driving the pattern. Until you understand how, nothing you try will stick because you're working against your own biology.
My approach starts there. We stabilize the biology first: hunger, cravings, blood sugar, and the hormonal shifts that make this harder than it used to be. Then we interrupt the habit loops keeping emotional eating in place and build new ways to respond to stress that don't require food to do the heavy lifting.
Finally we go to the root: the beliefs and identity patterns that keep pulling you back so that following through stops feeling like a fight.
Because the goal isn't just changing what you eat. It's becoming someone who trusts themselves again. Someone who makes decisions from a grounded place instead of an urgent one.
